To get started, book a 20-minute Fit Call, which is for both of us to feel out whether we’re a good match.

You’ll share your goals and desires for your project, and we’ll answer questions about the process and services.

No commitments or obligations, just possibility!

Step 2

The Wayfinder

All our projects begin with The Wayfinder: a 90-minute interview to explore your business—where you are, where you've been, and where you want to go.

In this session, you'll share and clarify your business goals, target market, ideal client, and unique value, and we’ll identify the biggest opportunities for your brand and website.

Afterward, you'll receive a written plan with our findings and recommendations, as well as a quote for implementation. You can choose to implement the plan yourself or have us handle it for you.

The fee for The Wayfinder ($500) is applied toward the project if you move forward.

Step 3

We Make Magic

Based on what we uncover in The Wayfinder, we’ll recommend the package tier that reflects your needs and business goals.

Deliverables will be customized to your needs, and may include visual branding (logo, color palette, etc.), website design, copywriting, SEO plan, email marketing setup, social media templates, and more.

We’ll guide and support you in the preparation, strategy and gathering phase. Once the foundational work is done, we’ll take you from idea to reality in days—which saves you time and energy, keeps you focused on running your business, and gets you results sooner rather than later.

  • For your home base, yes. We think Squarespace is the best website builder for most coaches, therapists and consultants because it’s easy to manage and flexible.

    Pretty much any other platform can be added on, integrated, or linked to, including but not limited to membership sites, online course sites, e-commerce carts, and email marketing software.

    We can design within those programs as well if we’re working together on a brand and website design project.

  • Squarespace is a user-friendly, reliable, low-maintenance website builder that lets you focus on your business, not your website.

    Unlike Wordpress, it doesn’t require ongoing maintenance and is less likely to get hacked. It has 99% uptime and is trusted by small and big businesses alike.

    It has incredible design features that make it the go-to builder for people who appreciate good design.

    But it also has lots of built-in functionality to help you run your business. You can blog, sell memberships, courses and products, grow your email list, embed forms or schedulers—and so much more. (Yes, this website is built on Squarespace).

    It also plays nice with other software, so you won't be tied to using its email marketing software or e-commerce.

    There is nothing wrong with Wix—we just prefer Squarespace, and it offers everything a coach, therapist or consultant might need for their business.

  • In some cases, yes. But most brand and web design projects require starting fresh on a new Squarespace 7.1 website.

    There are some exceptions to the rule—when you inquire to work with us, let us know that you would like to stay on your current website, and drop the link to your site so we can take a peek.

    If you’re on the old Squarespace 7.0 platform, we can update your 7.0 site to 7.1, or migrate to 7.1. We do not redesign 7.0 sites.

  • Yes! Your Squarespace website design needs will likely change and evolve as your business does. You can always hire us again to assist you with any updates.

  • We usually book out for branding and web design projects a few months in advance, but sometimes our clients need to postpone their project and we have an immediate opening.

  • Yes. We do our best to make the investment manageable for you.

  • Absolutely. It's very important to us that ALL audiences are able to use your website easily.

    We are mindful of color contrast and readability. We add "alt text" for screen readers, so visually impaired users know the content of your images.

    We also offer free installation of AccessiBe*, an accessibility widget that ensures that your site is always accessible, even if you make changes to your site. You can see it in action on the bottom left of my own Squarespace website.
